My Travel Bucket List
In my spare time, I love looking over the world map and reading up on different places. I am sure that when I sleep my dreams are full of travels.
I feel so fortunate that I have been able to already do a lot of travelling and exploring the world, but I still hope to do so much more. I have a huge list and the longer I wait to travel the more nervous I get that I will run out of time to see it all before I am too old to travel.
My travel bucket list looks something like this;
walk Port Germein Jetty, South Australia - longest in the southern hemisphere
walk Busselton Jetty, Western Australia - longest wooden pier in the world
see the Northern Lights
visit one hundred countries by the time I turn fifty - ten years to go
get upgraded to business class on a flight
see Paro Taktsang, Bhutan - a cliff side monastry
swim in the To Sua Ocean Trench, Samoa
take a hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia
see the Moai stone figures on Easter Island, Chile
see Antarctica
swim in the Blue Lagoon, Iceland
see the caves of Antelope Canyon, Arizona
walk partway of the Camino de Santiago
see Christ The Redeemer in Rio de Janerio - the last of the seven Wonders of the World I need to see
If you are thinking that doesn’t sound like much, or I have forgotten critical sites then you can check out some of the amazing sites I have seen in my twenty years of travelling here or my recommendations of 70 must-see sites of the world here.
